"Simply put, I was disappointed by the ladies and gentlemen who organize Extra Adventures, dressed up in TUI clothing, because they don't even know what time the Kids Club opens. Yet they still sold me something, even though they knew I wanted to take my 5-year-old to the Kids Club at that time, while I wanted to go jet-skiing with my 11-year-old—but the Kids Club closed at 9 a.m. I also booked a car that was supposed to come to the hotel. Instead, they were supposed to pick me up from the hotel and take me somewhere else to complete the paperwork. This was, of course, problematic because the children were still asleep in the hotel room at that time. As a single father, this is understandably impossible for me. One particularly negative point is that all the sunbeds are permanently reserved (they start before 6 a.m.)—mostly by German citizens, who are always and regularly unpleasantly conspicuous."

The entire hotel community environment is very good, the room is very comfortable, you can see the mountains and the sea at the same time outside the window, the staff are very nice, the beach is also super beautiful, the overall experience is very good. The buffet is also very rich. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was the second time we’ve been to a Robinson resort and this didn’t disappoint. The setting was fantastic as were the facilities. The site is on a hill above a very nice sandy beach (probably the best that I’ve seen in the canaries). There were some mixed reviews on rooms but we found them to be very clean and pretty modern - Probably not as good as some 5* resorts but far better than we expected. The tennis facilities were excellent with 5 indoor and 6 outdoor courts. The fitness classes were also fantastic and very varied (from yoga to HIIT to functional) with some great and motivating instructors particularly Dinah who spoke both in German and English. German is obviously the main language spoken but given we don’t speak it, most staff were very competent in English. The shows (particularly Wonka) were excellent and although in German it didn’t stop us enjoying them. Food was of a very high and varied standard with many healthy options. The grilled meat and fish was particularly tasty. Cocktails were also freshly made and part of the all-inclusive menu. Many tables were setup for sharing but we generally prefer to eat as a family and there was normally space for this if we ate slightly off peak times. We had a great time and (particularly if you are a sporty person/family), I highly recommend"

"First of all, I would like to say this hotel is absolutely AMAZING!! The staff are so kind and helpful, especially Bianca and Alin at PhotoHotel! Our rooms were always clean and lovely, some days the maid made my sisters blanket into a bow shape! But, one thing I would like to say is that the food could be improved slight, for example the scrambled eggs were good but really salty , the pancakes were too sweet and I had a cucumber slice with some weird meat latte on it!! But other than that, it was fabulous! The pools are so nice, the beach is locket too! Thank you ❤️"

The room was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The pool was also very clean. It was a very comfortable stay for us."

The queues for drinks were ridiculous and because I wanted a cocktail and my husband wanted a spirit we had to queue up twice??? The chill out bar was lovely but also long queues. The staff in the main bar were also rude."

"I wouldn't pay attention to the negative reviews honestly cant fault the place, room clean bed comfortable sea view amazing air conditioning cold fridge everything you want, food is good , entertainment is good location just amazing, loads of sunbeds over many areas, staff great, honestly im struggling to find a negative- if im being pedantic No kettle in the room and cant get a coffee till 0800 but saying that reception opened restaurant door for me at 0730 for a coffee would definitely return 100%"
