"Google couldn't find the place and we were lost. It's hidden away but when you find it (finally), all is forgiven. We stayed here on the 2nd day of our camino and it was wonderful. The staff are helpful - Maria in particular was great at soothing our frazzled nerves on arrival. The room was comfortable - no a/c and no fan but we slept well. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. Breakfast was excellent - there was a wide range and special mention goes to the bread and the butter. We didn't have time to roam the estate but there was an overall feeling of calm and tranquility. Highly recommended."

"The place was immaculate and clearly well managed. Although full and we booked last minute the hostel is laid out so you are not tripping over each other. The common area was spacious and welcoming. Upon checkin Pedro (manager/owner) was there to meet us and gave us a concise and informative in-briefing including a map with all the points we would need for our short stay. An alarm triggered at the front door in the evening for unknown reasons. I called Pedro who sent someone over immediately to check on it. All furnishings throughout hotel were new as was the woodworking throughout hostel. Great stay"
