출장으로 3일을 거주하였으며, 예약시, 창문 유무를 확인 못하고, 창문없는 방을 예약을 하였다. 방은 넓었으나, 적절한 환기 시스템 부족으로 공기의 질이 좋지 않았다. 다행스럽게도 리셉션 직원의 도움으로 창문있는 다른 방으로 이동하는게 가능했다. 지내는 기간동안의 전반적인 서비스는 만족스러웠다.
단, 창문없는 방은 뭔가 개선이 필요해 보인다.

衞生：乾淨整潔有序。
設施：一次性拖鞋看來是瑞典統一問題？住宿費也不便宜呢

Delightful stay
I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Great location of the hotel with walking distance to the central train station. Large rooms. Slept alright. Quiet room. Great breakfast in a nice breakfast area. Smooth checkin and checkout. The taxi arrived after 10 seconds. Friendly staff

Disappointing experience
Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid.
Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction.
Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Blandade intryck
Bastoner från disko trängde igenom till rummet och upphörde först 0230. Fick byta rum vilket var tacknämligt. Frukostens äggröra och bacon ganska kalla trots tidig morgon. Trevigt bemötande i receptionen.
