I have stayed here before and was ok, when I say ok. Not wonderful just a standard 2-3 star hotel. Clean and basic. This time, I had a single bed, in a prison like cell. There was no air conditioning for a start. It was 29/30 degrees which I know is not normal for that area. There was a fan which blew the humid air around. But to remove the window handles and say its for safety is ludicrous. I asked for my window to be opened. They did not do this. Bathroom was awful, the toilet was placed literally behind the sink my boiler room iny house is bigger. I was here on business and was an awful experience. Breakfast was standard and as expected. However the speed they freed the tables was awful. I come down and there was at least 10 with dirty dishes on, I had to speak to the receptionist to have them cleared this should not be the case. Such a shame they can't step up basic needs for such a well positioned hotel.

Ingen kvalité på frukost
Smutsigt under bäddsoffa slitet golv. Dålig kvalité på allt på frukostbuffén. Fanns ingen marmelad, sylt till pannkakorna verkar utspädd. Gammal grädde på kakor. Tomaterna & paprikor smakar vattnigt och saggiga. Bröd var det mögel på. Billiga råvaror.
