The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

We was so pleased by the hotel and stuff! Everything was just perfect! Hotel is 10 min away from mountains, there is no problem with taxi to get there. Just in front of the hotel there is a huge shopping mall. So comfortable and good. Hotel has good food, stuff, location. Definitely will be back!

In the city center and within walking distance to Erzurum's largest shopping mall (300 meters) You can go to the ski resort in just 12 minutes, there is a shuttle from the hotel every day at 10:00 and 11:00. Breakfast and meals are very good

There were good hospitality and professional staff. Also the rooms were clean and well prepared. The nearby restaurant called Big Chef has good corporation with the hotel and they are serving all menu to the rooms directly which is make it great especially in the night time as well as it’s own restaurant.
