避開熙熙攘攘、滿是網紅打卡點的洱海邊，穿過山來到洱源鳳羽鎮的退步堂。真的是大驚喜！沿着鳳羽鎮美麗的小河，路過白駒過隙雕塑，不遠就到了民宿。三間院子一共十多間房，位於半山腰上，包三餐。民宿的老闆和設計師確確實實是有品味且風雅，民宿有最好的空氣、最新鮮的食材、整體的建築帶有民族風情且非常現代化、細節滿分，周邊還有可以露營、燒烤、篝火晚會的地方，有時尚的稻田藝術劇場。民宿的管家阿嬉和服務人員，每一個都特別親切，很貼心的根據我們的口味為我們準備一日三餐，服務細膩真誠，讓人感動。民宿軟硬件水準可以媲美日本中高檔温泉酒店的水準，值得反覆回味。唯一的缺憾是鳳羽鎮的景點和交通仍待優化。

這是一座值得長住，放空自己的酒店。圖片我就不放了，再美的圖片都不如親眼所見。
酒店的硬件也不用多説，反倒是管家阿禧和院長，以及當地村民組成的服務團隊，熱情的讓我反而不好意思了。
另外，這次入住，讓我對這個院落的創辦者產生了濃厚的興趣，所以把房間裏關於退步堂的書讀完了。
總之，退步堂是值得一來再來的地方。

心地清凈方為道，退步原來是向前！
之前來鳳羽就對整個鳳羽大地上的露天文創館-古梨園空中稻田、白駒過隙、大澗口古村落……非常喜歡，這次國慶來二刷鳳羽，正好退步堂也對公眾開放了，於是訂了最便宜的無相樓入住。入住時白族阿姨問我們晚飯幾點吃？我還以為要自己付費點菜，結果阿姨説：“你們來這裏入住是包早晚餐的，我們幫你們按人頭配菜，不然這個村子你們出去找吃的也不方便！”怎麼現在民宿都這麼體貼了？晚餐時的米飯特別好吃，又糯又香，是大理幾天吃過最好吃的白米了！阿姨説這是鳳羽4號白米，可惜現在不是季節，還沒有收割，不然你們可以帶一些回去[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]

雖然這不是我住過最豪華的酒店，但一定是我住過最舒適、最有人情味、最富有文化內涵的酒店。
吃：酒店保含早晚兩餐，中間有2餐在酒店吃也沒有收費，去徒步那天還提前給我們準備乾糧、礦泉水和水果。這樣為遊客貼心周到服務的酒店真的很少見！
穿：爬山前，酒店主管阿喜看見我穿涼鞋，主動貼心地提出拿雙運動鞋給我換。結果不信邪的我，果然涼鞋走爛了。
住：那就更不用説了，初進酒店衹覺漂亮文藝，但讀了封新城老爺的打開鳳羽這厚厚的一本書，才明白他建立退步堂的用義：手把青秧插滿田，低頭便見水中天。六根清靜方為稻，退步原來是向前。《插秧詩》這首禪詩，不僅描述了封老爺的退步初衷，更是打開了他向前鄉創的大門。
用：酒店用的食材清單、看似到處都有，但是味道對於我這個麻辣胃來説，居然毫不違和，問道員工，祕訣在於食材都是農田裡自己種的，尤其是他們佛堂村產的鳳羽白米，吃起來Q彈軟糯，也是他們知名的生態農產品。每天我們喝的牛奶也是從現擠的，食材鮮，自然味道香。
行：我們包了一輛車深度遊鳳羽，司機是酒店聯繫的，服務熱情周到，全程帶我們深度遊覽鳳羽：趕集、三爺泉、鳥吊山徒步……尤其是鳥吊山，對於曾經徒步過瑞士的我來説，它小瑞士的稱號的確名副其實。
