雖然這不是我住過最豪華的酒店，但一定是我住過最舒適、最有人情味、最富有文化內涵的酒店。吃：酒店保含早晚兩餐，中間有2餐在酒店吃也沒有收費，去徒步那天還提前給我們準備乾糧、礦泉水和水果。這樣為遊客貼心周到服務的酒店真的很少見！穿：爬山前，酒店主管阿喜看見我穿涼鞋，主動貼心地提出拿雙運動鞋給我換。結果不信邪的我，果然涼鞋走爛了。住：那就更不用説了，初進酒店衹覺漂亮文藝，但讀了封新城老爺的打開鳳羽這厚厚的一本書，才明白他建立退步堂的用義：手把青秧插滿田，低頭便見水中天。六根清靜方為稻，退步原來是向前。《插秧詩》這首禪詩，不僅描述了封老爺的退步初衷，更是打開了他向前鄉創的大門。用：酒店用的食材清單、看似到處都有，但是味道對於我這個麻辣胃來説，居然毫不違和，問道員工，祕訣在於食材都是農田裡自己種的，尤其是他們佛堂村產的鳳羽白米，吃起來Q彈軟糯，也是他們知名的生態農產品。每天我們喝的牛奶也是從現擠的，食材鮮，自然味道香。行：我們包了一輛車深度遊鳳羽，司機是酒店聯繫的，服務熱情周到，全程帶我們深度遊覽鳳羽：趕集、三爺泉、鳥吊山徒步……尤其是鳥吊山，對於曾經徒步過瑞士的我來説，它小瑞士的稱號的確名副其實。

定的時候覺得有一點貴，到了之後太驚喜了，服務員的素質完全是可以比美五星級酒店，既不咄咄逼人，又讓你覺得無處不在，不是熱情過度，但是很貼心温暖，你需要的時候不用叫，他一定會出現。每一個房間的設計都很有用心，產品衞浴用品恰到好處。公共區域也特別別有文化。封遇鳳羽，十年，這個文化做得非常令人贊歎。買了一本封新城的書，剛好封姥爺也在酒店裡還給簽了字。

It was a very satisfying stay. We brought our dog. The service provided by the aunts was very good. The room facilities were better than the same-priced hotels we had stayed in in other places in Yunnan in the past half month. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high and I will come again next time!
