The place is nice for the value. We were a little concerned when we pulled in. The outside of the home could use some iodating and new windows. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics for preparing meals. Check in was easy.

Great Place We stayed for a full month and loved it! It was just what we needed and Tony has thought of everything. He was great to work with. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. Our only negative at all was probably our own expectation....from the website description we were expecting the house to be a little more remote/quiet. We were surprised to drive into a full neighborhood. But, we were ok with it once we settled in. Tony was great and the house was great! If we are ever back, we will definitely book here!

Very nice house Everything inside is either new or recent, and everything is well kept and spotlessly clean. Insulation is superb; we didn't need to run the A/C until my wife cooked on the last day, and noise from outside was minimal or non-existent. There are more houses and people in the area than we expected. Akers Pond is very nice, although I wish the power boats and water skiers would have stayed away (we were in our kayaks). The water temp in the shower seemed to change during the shower a little bit on its own, but the dispenser with shampoo/conditioner/body wash was a really nice touch. Not as many flat/easy hiking trails as we would have liked, but that's not the fault of the house or the owner. Lots of ATV's and trails in the area. The owner really wants to be as helpful as possible, very helpful. Thanks Tony!
