Club avec de très bonnes installations, le personnel est très gentil malgré le fait que le restaurant est très répétitif. MAIS l’animation OCLUB est inexistante, 3 animatrices qui annulent une animation sur deux. Aucune implication de leur part, je me demande même si elles ne sont pas vacancières avec nous … de plus, malgré nos demandes, elles ne sont pas capables d’organiser un Beach volley, de la pétanque, un molky … l’excuse qui revient tout le temps de leur part est « nous n’avons pas le temps » ou « nous manquons d’effectifs » alors que le club contient 90 français. Je trouve ça honteux.

Just visited the SPA. Had herbal body scrub with Paraskevi. Really nice and relaxing. I would reccomend to organise it at the begining of your stay ...before you get sun tan. The SPA is very clean, large and modern. Really great experiences.

Besides enjoying vacation and all inclusive benefits, visiting the spa and having a facial treatment was the best choice! Paraskevi was incredible! Such a professional and kind beautician! Totally recommend a visit!

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό, πολλές και διαφορετικές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα.Καποια πιάτα ήταν εντελώς σπιτικές γεύσεις.Καλομαγειρεμένα! Ωραία γλυκά. Οι εργαζόμενοι ΟΛΟΙ εξαιρετικοί,χαμογελαστοί και εξυπηρετικοί.Το πάρκινγκ χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση και θα ήταν όμορφο να βάλετε νεράκι στις γατούλες των κήπων. Η παραλία πολύ καλή(χρειάζεται κάποια αλλαγή σε ξαπλώστρες σίγουρα) Τα δωμάτια άνετα,πεντακάθαρα και λειτουργικά. Από τα καλύτερα all inclusive που έχουμε πάει (οι εργαζόμενοι κάνουν τη διαφορά τελικά πάντα!) Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα.

La ubicación es de 10, los bungalow están muy bien, la jardinería es excelente. La dirección del hotel deja bastante que desear, la calidad en comida escasa, carnes y pescados ni tiernos ni sabrosas. Vamos en grupo y no pueden reservar mesa ni en desayuno, comida y cena, prácticamente bajamos antes para preparar nuestra propia mesa, mal detalle. Cafetería del hall cerrada, cierre del aire acondicionado y luces en la hora exacta de comidas y cenas, los "camareros" sudando, bueno más bien transportistas de bandejas y platos ( autoservicio) un cinco estrellas no funciona así. El personal y servicio del hotel son eficientes los responsables son personal creo que no cualificado, Barcelo ya no es .
