"I’ve had positive experiences at this hotel previously but things have gone down hill. The room we were given had a leaking air conditioner and the floor was SOAKED, along with a terrible smell of mildew. After a lot of explaining and going back-and-forth that we literally just walked in the room and it was like that. The owner on the phone was basically implying that we were lying. Luckily, we were finally switched rooms. The lady working the front desk was terrible. She was on the phone arguing with someone whose card declined for the room deposit for about 15 minutes as eight people were standing there trying to check in. She then had to call her boss two or three more times to ask questions (clearly she wasn’t trained properly) while many people were waiting to check in around midnight. I thought I liked this place, but most likely won’t be going back. Bummer!"

"The staff were so friendly, our room was immaculate and had everything we needed in such a neatly organized and thoughtfully planned space. I felt like I was in an IKEA showroom, honestly. The bed was amazingly soft, and the little kitchenette was outfit fitted with everything I needed to prepare breakfast on the last morning. I took advantage of the free laundry room and engaged in fun conversation with the ladies at the front desk. The head of housekeeping was so funny and sweet"

"The reception lady (an Indian-type lady) was so rude. Her every word was like screaming—no smile or politeness. We felt insecure. They mentioned breakfast was included. There were not a minimum qualities of breakfast! Only small cup of coffee and and some unhealthy (expired) cookies. We dumped all cookies in the garbage bin."
