Eriyadu Island Resort

This was our first vacation in the Maldives with my husband. Words cannot describe the heavenly pleasure we experienced! A stunning hotel, with everything you need in the rooms, an exit from the room directly to the beach - white, warm sand - you can literally walk barefoot all over the island! The island itself is small - you can walk around it in just 5-7 minutes. Along the way, you can meet crabs and herons) The reef is unimaginably beautiful! It seems we saw thousands of species of fish - from small to large, from black and white to multi-colored. What can we say about reef sharks and stingrays! An unforgettable feeling when you swim literally half a meter from them! We advise you to definitely take snorkeling masks and fins with you, and you can snorkel all day long. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly, always smiling and ready to help at any moment! I would especially like to mention our roomboy - Abir, he was the one who greeted us every day with a dazzling smile, and did an amazing job of cleaning the room! All the food was delicious, varied, and the waiters were polite. We were served by a lovely girl, Nuzufa, who did her job perfectly! In the hotel bar you can watch the breathtaking sunsets, as well as enjoy delicious drinks and chat with the friendly staff. From the excursions we took sunset fishing - we were lucky and caught several fish, which were prepared for us for dinner the next day) We also highly recommend trying night snorkeling - at first the idea of swimming in the night ocean with sharks and fish seems scary, but believe me, the sharks and fish don't care about you) Therefore, as Elsa, a girl from the dive center, says, "enjoy it!" It is worth noting that on the territory of the hotel there is a small souvenir shop with everything you need - sunscreen, toothpaste/toothbrushes, towels, swimsuits, various souvenirs, etc. Also, in rainy weather you can go to the gym or play table tennis or billiards) In general, we give the hotel 10 out of 10, thank the staff for an amazing holiday and wish you further prosperity! We hope to return to you next summer)

Since stepping into the island my partner and I were stunned at the beauty of Eriyadu and we were welcomed by friendly staff. We were made to feel at home right from the start. The island truly is paradise! Snorkelling around the island was absolutely stunning and unbelievable the amount of marine life u could be right next to. Special thanks to Nuf the reception manager who went out of his way to show us wonders of the island during the day and at night from the milkyway clear view and bio luminescent plankton lighting up the sea, to taking snorkelling to see the turtles, an absolutely star he was! Ijoo out waiter who remembered our drinks every night and set up a beautiful table for my partners birthday including a cake and singing. Sagor for attending our room every day and even doing a gorgeous happy birthday display on the bed and a special picture and message on our last night. Finally Anna on reception who was so helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. To people wondering about building works, it is all sectioned off and did not bother us one but. Truly a holiday of a lifetime and I cannot wait to go back!! Thank you all ❤️❤️ Andy & Ryan

We were very worried about our holiday to Eriyadu due to all the hype on Facebook about building works and a construction site and all the noise. We heard them on 3 occasions for a very short period of time. We were allocated beach villa 432 and it was perfect, yes a little rustic but cleaned twice a day by Sagor with lovely white fluffy towels. The bed was big but it did hurt both our backs as we are used to a softer mattress. This little island has all the charm of a Maldivian island, the staff are fantastic and very friendly. The beach and reef is easy to go into the deep and watch the underwater life pass you by. For what we paid the island to us is lovely, great wildlife too , fruit bats, lizards, Herons. Shout out to our waiter Nori for my husband's 50th birthday cake and the sweet little female waitress always smiling . Sorry I did not get her name. Please tip the beach guys every morning they sweep the beach in this heat, and they get forgotten before you eat your breakfast. The new bungalows look very nice and the island is closing in September to finish off the renovations. All that worrying for nothing, go and enjoy your holiday.
