Bom dia! Ao chegar ao local, a recepção já fechada, não tinha minha chave, como me disseram por ligação. Tive que ligar, ao ligar, fui encaminhada a outro local. Ao chegar no outro local, a água da casa de banho totalmente fria. Após um dia de trabalho, só queria um banho quente. Decepcionados

I originally wrote a review on *********** "dirty, noisy constantly as there is construction work going on outside. Breakfasts were disgusting as flies were gathered all over and there was mould in the bedroom which really affected my breathing so I had to check out early." The hostel came back with an ironic response detailing that they have had no mould complaints for 9 years. Here is a review from a traveller in MAY 2022 FROM *********** " 1.0 "The place is moldy and staff are aware of that. Still they keep it open. Just wouldn’t recommend." Cleary maths isn't a strong suit. In addition you mentioned in your response why I don't use a shot gun for local builders making noise- I think the reason here is quite obvious. If you spent your time fixing the bed bugs, mould and door locks instead of writing ridiculous response back to people, you may actually have a profitable business rather than falling hostel. Good luck to you Jose, you'll need it! Here is a link to my original review on *********** for other travellers to read similar reviews, but of course, make your own mind up. I myself will never stay here again despite travelling to Ericeira annually/bi-annually.
