Beh la gestione del ristorante lascia molto a desiderare, una disfatta ,arrivato con tanta curiosità uscito malconcio ,una delusione il servizio fuori luogo per un location del genere ,di solito sono molto diplomatico ma in questo caso devono cambiare molte cose ,partiamo con aprire una bottiglia di bellavista che esplode al momento , bagnandoci, (può capitare ....) all'ordine ci consigliano una pichana di manzo di loro proprietà acconsento, x 2 , arriva e il cameriere la taglia per uno solo ,alla domanda è per uno ? Mi dice si ,replico chiedendo che ne avevamo ordinate x 2 , imbarazzo e ci lascia due piatti per dividere ,chiediamo se c'è un contorno , risposta no ,senza aver lasciato dell'olio sale e pepe ,insomma in una pizzeria del porto avrei avuto più rispetto.

Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli ma senza essere ingessati nel servizio e nell’accoglienza. Lo staff è super cortese ,carino e sempre pronto a coccolarti e prendersi cura degli ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato questa volta con il nostro cucciolo a quattro zampe e siamo rimasti contentissimi delle attenzioni riposte verso il nostro cagnolino. Tutto lo staff, il ricevimento e Roberta “guest relation manager” sono sempre li ad accogliere gli ospiti con il sorriso e con grande professionalità! Le persone si sa, fanno sempre la differenza, vale in ogni piccola, grande azienda! Bravissimi! Alla prossima!

Accolta da uno staff attento e disponibile mi sono sentita a casa. La struttura ha investito in formazione e si denota in piccoli dettagli di rapporto Staff/cliente. Dal momento della prenotazione mi hanno saputo consigliare al meglio e previsto tutte le mie necessità. Un profumo meraviglioso in tutta la struttura, arredi impeccabili e zone work per bilanciare i tempi in smart. Colazione ricercata per materie prime , qualità e non quantità. Va capito.La palestra con personal trainer sempre disponibile. Leggermente deludente il ristorante da cui mi aspettavo piu' scelta in ottica dietetica. In primavera sarà meraviglioso pranzare in esterno e passare un pomeriggio tra piscina e spa adiacente.

L'Albereta Relais & Châteaux è un'eccellenza dell'ospitalità immersa tra le colline della Franciacorta. Questa struttura di lusso combina charme, benessere e alta gastronomia in un'atmosfera elegante e raffinata. Le camere, curate nei minimi dettagli, offrono un rifugio perfetto per chi cerca relax e privacy. Camere molto confortevoli, calde e insonorizzate con vista sul lago d'Iseo. Bagno un pò old style ma con tutti i comfort. Struttura davvero enorme, con campo da tennis, palestra, spa, 3 ristoranti, un giardino immenso (ricco di sculture lungo il percorso) e persino una vigna. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Frequentazione ad alto livello, con vip e non solo.
