Wunderschön auf dem Land gelegen inmitten von Weinbergen. Schönes, grosses Zimmer und Badezimmer, individuell eingerichtet. Altes Gebäude, alles recht verwinkelt, was aber den Charme dieses Hotels ausmacht. Ausgezeichnete Gastronomie, wir haben im Gourmet-Restaurant Aurum phantastisch gegessen, absolutes Sterne-Niveau,besser als ein paar Tage zuvor im 3-Sterne-Lokal der Villa Crespi! Dazu eine tolle Weinkarte, speziell mit den eigenen Weinen aus Franciacorta. Ausserdem imposanter SPA-Bereich mit einer Vielzahl an Anwendungen. Dazu nettes Personal und absolut faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für dieses Niveau.

Très belle adresse au calme au milieu des vignes de Franciacorta. Le personnel est très attentionné Les restaurants sont très bons avec un bon service Belle découverte : la cave de Bellavista , à faire absolument ! Nous reviendrons !

Tout est trés beau, accueillant et service au top mais la chambre 40 est trop sur le passage bruyant des clients nocturnes et la ventilation autour de la piscine et sur la terrasse du bar est trop présente; on peut atténuer le bruit pas des caissons anti bruit

È raro trovare un luogo che riesca a combinare con tanta armonia eleganza, professionalità e calore umano — e L’Albereta ci riesce in modo impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Roberta Pogliani, la Guest Relations Manager, che rappresenta al meglio lo spirito della struttura: discreta, attenta e sempre disponibile. Roberta ha il dono di far sentire ogni ospite unico, anticipando desideri e creando un’atmosfera familiare, pur mantenendo la raffinatezza che contraddistingue un hotel 5 stelle. Un altro aspetto che apprezziamo moltissimo è la cura e l’attenzione verso gli amici a quattro zampe: anche loro vengono accolti con coccole e piccoli gesti che fanno davvero la differenza. È bello sapere di poter condividere un’esperienza così speciale anche con loro, senza compromessi. Per noi L’Albereta è molto più di un semplice resort: è un luogo del cuore. Torniamo ogni volta con entusiasmo e partiamo già con il desiderio di rientrare. There was a very wonderful garden, very well equipped house, well what you expect from a 5star rated house: extremely nice and helpful staff, except the people from reception, really a huge disappointment. these two not even took note from our very polite complaint that the bar music was at disco level, we were not informed ahead about party noice like in all other good hotels, so could not act before and woke our baby up which than was crying for hours. very strange at this level
