Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine.
Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

Very decent mid-range hotel.
Simple but very clean and functional rooms. Canal+ channel package.
Very polite and welcoming staff, always with a smile. The lounge area in the rotunda-shaped veranda is beautifully decorated, where you can enjoy a drink at a very affordable price (champagne, bottled or draft beers, white or red wine, etc.). A pellet stove makes it even more cozy; we had a great time. It felt good.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly offered to store our bikes with theirs.

The hotel has terrible isolation. You can hear everything that happens in the neighbors' rooms.

Great location off the Avenue du Champagne, brilliant and helpful staff, nicely refurbished rooms and great value for the location.

Brilliant location with short walk to De Castellane, Mercier and Gosset Champagne Houses. Recently refurbished to a good three star standard and free parking. Great breakfast, reasonable bar prices and really hospitable proprietors - French wife with English owner. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Excellent overnight stop. Very helpful and welcoming host, fluent English and French speaker Christoph/Christopher. Found and booked our group of 4 a restaurant despite not arriving at the hotel till 19.30. Hotel is situated just a few yards from the end of the Avenue de Champagne where all the grand champagne houses have there glamorous establishments which provided us with an interesting stroll into town for dinner. Good beds, good showers and a decent breakfast. We would happily stay here again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Compact room with not much storage as there was a put-you-up bed in the room. Free parking (important in Epernay!). The hotel is close enough to town to walk and just round the corner from Mercier Champagne.

Good location and facilities. Park lot is tight but the staff let me park the 9 passenger van in the handicap stall.
