Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine. Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

Very good stay for 3 nights. Location is excellent at the top of Avenue de Champagne. Clean and tidy with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was good value and not too busy. Very quiet at night which means you can leave the windows open. No AC could be a bit of an issue in summer but no problem in October. This is a budget choice and the rooms are on the small side. Could maybe do with a little upgrade here and there but I was very happy with the value for money. Helpful staff and a lovely English owner. Would definitely stay again if returning to Epernay.

Brilliant location with short walk to De Castellane, Mercier and Gosset Champagne Houses. Recently refurbished to a good three star standard and free parking. Great breakfast, reasonable bar prices and really hospitable proprietors - French wife with English owner. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The staff was really friendly and very helpful, gave us lots of insights about the area and a few tips on where we should go. One thing to note, mainly if you go in the summer is that standard rooms do not have air conditioning and we unfortunately went during the heatwave so needless to say we didn’t have a great night which I will take partial responsibility for as I could investigated more. The main reason behind our disappointment is the early wake up call by the drilling that was happening in the room next to us. Considering we barely slept due to the heat, we were very much looking forward to sleep in as it was a bit cooler in the morning but the intense drilling noise made it absolutely impossible. Other that that, the area was lovely, very close to all the champagne tasting places, and a short walk to the centre.
