My family stayed here for a wedding. Although the wedding itself was not at the Palm as we wanted a lake side location, they would not have been more accommodating to us. Went above and beyond helping us with our special day before and after. Nothing was too much trouble. So accommodating beyond our highest hopes. Went above and beyond. We used the African Queen as transport to the wedding and that was stunning. Thank you Palm for helping us with our special day and all it's moving parts.

The owner is very rude and abusive! Some white middle aged man! My car doe accidentally touched his old poorly sprayed Van but he had to use aggressive language added to swearing at me even after apologizing to him. He is a clown.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough … it is amazing value for money. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous experience. They arranged an airport pickup and let us check in at 4am and on our return from safari provided us with a room for the afternoon and evening. There are a range of rooms but ours was lovely and clean with a fridge and kettle. The mosquito nets were immaculate 🤗. The plunge pool was perfect for both a much appreciated dip but also suitable to relax for the day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of options and the restaurant food was exceptional. The massage was amazing and totally professional. They were able to offer a driver who was inexpensive, so honest and knowledgeable taking us to a wonderful local restaurant and accommodating our requirements on many occasions. Thank you everyone at Entebbe Palm for a wonderful stay. You are truly wonderful ambassadors for Ugandan hospitality 🥰

In many ways a nice place to stay, although most people coming here needs a place to sleep after just arriving or before going home. My room was ok, but got a feeling of a basement, to be honest. Towels were worn out, and the room is in need of some rehabilitation, definitely. Having said that, bed was good and aircon was placed above the bed in a way it did not blow directly on you. Pool is really small and did not tempt, but the food was really, really good. The hotel uses Uber as shuttle. They are obviously not popular at the airport, because I was told to get out of the car for a check. Well. All in all good memories from this hotel.

What a wonderful little gem of a place in Entebbe. Perfect Hotel to stay before and after a long journey.the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Amazing staff all round. They could not do enough to help me including finding me comfortable transportation to and from the mall and airport. Very friendly and welcoming at all times. The Thai cuisine is authentic and very very tasty. Beautifuly presented on a plate. Prices are very reasonable for this area. The pool area was so relaxing 😎. Have loved every minute of my stay. Thank you so much for absolutely everything.

Stayed here for one night before my flight home, it’s a nice little hotel with really nice staff who go above and beyond to help you. The rooms are nice with big comfy beds and the breakfast was also very good. The pool area is nice although the pool is quite a bit smaller than the pictures suggest. The bar area is really cool especially at night with the lights all on, it’s cosy and a nice place to be. I found this place the perfect place to chill out for a day before returning to the UK.

The hotel has good rooms with Dstv channels,good breakfast,good air conditioning system, great service right from the front office staffs to the restaurant with affordable prices on the menu. All we can say is that we loved Everything
