這個房間的户型比較奇怪，床對着窗户。茶几有點油，感覺衞生沒做好。衞生間是乾濕分離，這點還行。床軟硬適中吧，床單當時看着是有個破洞的。比較好的是外面有寄存櫃，還挺方便，客服人員挺好。

房間大，2張1.35米床，1張1.8米沙發，還有凈水器與茶吧機，小米智能控制！冰箱洗衣機電磁爐都有！在家的感覺！
開車的來了，地下停車也很方便！
最關鍵的是酒店對面就是恩施當地特色美食街，一家挨着一家，選擇性很多！
衞生每天都打掃，很乾凈！
窗户關閉後膈音效果不錯，晚上沒有因為外面噪聲干擾！
房間可以睡3-5人！

地理位置好，交通方便門口附近就是火車站.管家服務特別貼心.有問必答。樂於提供各種幫助，尤其是前台服務周到，特別耐心，酒店的床品也非常的舒適，真的是一家非常棒的酒店。在恩施住的非常舒心。

本來不打算説的。既然攜程讓我評價談談感想。去恩施連住5晚，第三天洗澡的時候洗頭突然冷水了，以至於感冒發燒幾天…溝通中不自責、很生硬，輕描淡寫的説來手動調高温度。住宿洗澡遇冷水還是頭一回。希望能有改進！

房間乾淨整潔，有浴缸，智能窗簾，管線機很方便，但熱水有限，浴缸衹放了一半的水就沒有熱水了，體驗差。外面裝修，會從門縫裡進來裝修的味道，為了身體健康，衹能整晚開着排風。晚上整個樓層衹有我們兩個房間的人，外面裝修讓人感覺莫名的不安全。建議等過段時間樓層都裝修好再住。
