房間很滿意，很乾凈衞生，特別安靜。前台服務很熱情，入住前就已經幫忙打開了空調，早餐是自助，還有恩施的特色豆皮，很好吃，免費停車，出入很方便，值得推薦！

最糟糕的一次入住酒店體驗，沒有之一！
1、衞生狀況很差，馬桶坐墊明顯污漬，且不提供坐墊套，洗浴面盆周邊均發黴，見圖1、圖2；
2、房間環境不佳:牆角潮濕，見圖3；
3、設施無語:25年2月1日入住，氣温很低，空調開了一晚上都沒熱風，家人都凍感冒了；
4、餐廳服務態度惡劣:品種少、味道差、供餐時間短（7-9點），關鍵是服務態度極其惡劣，大過年的，不僅對用餐客人缺乏基本的素養，且有明顯羞辱性的言行，實在讓人詫異。
