電視壞了，在半山腰上。吃飯不方便。房間也沒人打掃。接車也沒有。去大峽谷建議住在大峽谷入口更方便。酒店名字很容易誤導。

1. 位置很好，就在七星寨出口，爬完出來直接休息，房間窗外可以看見一炷香；
2. 晚上可以看星星，因為酒店在山上景區，遠離城市燈火，酒店天台可以拍到銀河（見圖）；
3. 設施很新很乾凈，絕不輸於城區酒店，可以放心入住。

酒店大堂裝修不錯，但是房裡麪就一般了，而且酒店是離七星寨德出口近，離入口還遠着嘞

這個酒店離七星寨換乘車點非常的近，扶梯下來出門過個馬路就可以躺在床上了，在酒店就可以看到一炷香，風景非常的漂亮。自駕的可以選擇把車停在酒店的停車場，讓店家開車送你到景區遊客服務中心門口。

服務員很熱情但房間的性價比確實不高，但這不是單個酒店的問題，旅遊景區的酒店應該都是這樣的。酒店的位置是非常好，景區出口處的側面小門一出來，馬路對面就是酒店了，不需要像別的遊客那樣排隊等景交車送去遊客中心。衞生、服務、設施這畢竟是民宿類型的不能和星級酒店比，這也是我説的性價比問題，畢竟這個價格在恩施市區可以住非常好的酒店了。

房間設施十幾二十幾年前的，一開始入住的201，水每次開一開始嘎嘎黃，半夜房卡插座爆了着火了，一屋子塑料燒焦味，凌晨3點換房間。換得房間有衹飛蛾，一開燈就亂串，自來水倒是不黃了，但一股味道。第二天還要六點半起床，去大峽谷，根本沒睡好，真心崩潰，有生以來住過最拉垮的酒店。還好天氣涼快，這水，澡也沒敢洗，臉也是濕巾擦的，刷牙拿礦泉水刷的。手下午起了幾個小包，不知道是不是床單的問題，皺皺的，不像是換洗過的。

環境不錯，服務到位，食物新鮮，飯菜可口，娛樂項目較多，如下棋等。離景區很近，方便！在房間內就可看到美景，助人入眠。

環境清幽，被青山環繞，開窗見景讓人心情格外舒暢。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨。商家的服務態度更是沒得説，熱情周到，有問必答。民宿的菜品也很有特色，都是地道的恩施風味，食材新鮮，味道可口。在這裏連住兩天，非常愜意。
