不好不好不好不好不好不好超級超級超級不好！！
第一：沒有提供身份訊息辦理入住，沒有實名入住
第二：帶孩子親子房還要爬樓梯，我帶着孩子你電梯壞的怎麼行呢？我和孩子還有行李，怎麼可能爬8樓呢？
第三：一排排房間隔斷起來，空間小，一眼望去全是房間緊湊，沒有安全通道，沒有滅火器之類的。
第四：剛進去酒店前台放了一堆床單被罩，我是客人我進去在你房間不好，衞生不好，沒有電梯，沒有提供身份證訊息的情況下，前台自動辦理入住，並且我真的沒有入住，不退款不協商！

房間乾淨整潔。窗户外可以晾曬衣服。整體非常滿意。樓下就有小吃店和超市，吃飯購物都很方便，離恩施站也非常近

設施老舊，衞生間的燈光、排風扇都是壞的，晾衣架也是爛到該扔的程度，熱水需要放水好久才能供應。最糟心的是在吹風機手柄上發現了長頭髮。

整體不錯，衞生乾淨，出行方便。但建議前台提醒住户要安靜，晚上進客比較吵。離汽車站和火車站都比較近吃早餐也方便，下次有機會再來。

酒店離恩施站比較近，在一個小區裏面二樓，要仔細找。酒店設施比較乾淨👍，衞生間寬敞👍，價格實惠👍。早晨有一點點吵，附近好像在路面施工還是在裝修。恩施風景真不錯😘，山巒如聚，風景如畫。總的來説，酒店很不錯，價格實惠，住起來很滿意
