房間衞生不錯，採光好。老闆服務周到，雖沒有電梯，可是會幫忙搬運行李。早餐都是自己家親自做的饅頭、米粥雞蛋和小菜，很貼心！

很差的一次住宿體驗。酒店到景區的路很窄，過路車很多，酒店可以説基本沒有停車場，門口衹能停兩輛車，路邊又不能停車。房間在四樓，還沒有電梯。恩施大峽谷景區也真沒有啥值得遊覽的，佈局不合理，平地纜車、索道、區間大巴、根本到不了景點，都要登山走台階，山上除了抬滑桿掙錢的人外，基本上看不到工作人員，所謂地縫就是山裡的一條河溝，遊覽體驗很差。

房間乾淨，設施齊全，老闆很熱情，離景區門口有5公里車程，非常方便，酒店位置正對大峽谷，樓頂可以遠眺大峽谷風景，老闆人很好，包接送，服務也周到，我走時把茶杯忘了，他們毫不猶豫給我送到景區門口 一次愉快入住體驗，祝願貴店生意興隆！員工身體健康！萬事如意！發大財
