Location is very near to train and bus station. The staff is very friendly and allowed us to check out at 2pm. The room is very clean and tidy. The do the cleaning everyday if you stay more than 1 night. They even have projector inside the room.

Large hotel very close to bus and railway stations. We asked for a non-smoking room and they moved us into one which didn’t smell when we asked. Limited breakfast options near hotel, but lots of supermarkets and dinner restaurants. Clean hotel, warm shower, comfy bed.

～酒店很近恩施火車站，汽車客運中心，步行8分鐘可到達，去恩施景點都很方便。
～房間還蠻大的，就燈光不夠明亮，對女生來説要化粧就不那麼好，而且也沒全身鏡。
～乾淨度還算行，畢竟酒店也有些年度了。但以這個價格來説性價比還算OK的。

訂的1米8的大床房，去到衹給開1米5的床，那不就是單人床嗎，讓前台給換，她還説你們這是升級了的房型，加了窗户，好牛啊，有窗户也叫升級房型了，還説1.8的床房型沒有了，你們來晚了，沒有1.8的的原因歸結為消費者，這個還有來晚不來晚嗎，再來晚點是不是睡大廳就行了，前台態度極差，語氣也不耐煩，第一次遇到這種酒店，行李太多了，不想換了，才不得不入住。敍述絕對屬實

酒店住過太多了，第一次碰到這樣的服務態度，也讓我開了眼了！酒店設施老舊！出問題不直麪問題直接來一個我們這都沒人用這個，就一副愛住不住，就這樣的樣子，説話跟欠他錢似的！我表達不滿人家直接無視！現在所有酒店都在積極主動進行服務，口碑相傳！這個恩施火車站如家商旅店簡直是逆天！希望大家以我為戒！真是給恩施這麼好的城市減分！避雷吧！

此次在恩施的住宿體驗非常糟糕，對如家商旅酒店恩施火車站店極度失望！首先，酒店的位置雖然靠近火車站，但周邊環境嘈雜，嚴重影響休息。
進入酒店後，大堂的接待人員服務冷漠，辦理入住手續時效率低下，等待時間過長。客房的衞生狀況令人堪憂，房間內發現有灰塵和污漬，床鋪也不夠整潔，感覺沒有徹底更換床單被套。此外，房間內的設施老舊，Wi-Fi信號極不穩定，電視經常出現卡頓現象，嚴重影響使用體驗。
酒店的早餐種類單一，品質不佳，很多食物都顯得不新鮮。餐廳的服務人員態度冷淡，對客人的需求響應不及時。更讓人無法接受的是，酒店的隔音效果極差，走廊的聲音和隔壁房間的噪音清晰可聞，整晚都無法得到良好的休息。
總的來説，如家商旅酒店恩施火車站店在服務、衞生、設施等方面都存在嚴重問題，與其宣傳的商旅酒店標準相差甚遠。非常不推薦大家選擇這家酒店，希望酒店方能重視客人的反饋，儘快進行改進。

來恩施住宿一個性價比還不錯的酒店，空氣特別清新，房間很大，空調效果很涼快。前台服務真是沒活説，很為顧客着想。落地窗那種，可以看到周圍景色。

我是和朋友出差回來買的第二天恩施站出發的高鐵票，所以就近選擇的這家酒店，酒店房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，美中不足的是衞生間有點小，洗臉盆安不在衞生間，而是安在房間裏，洗臉刷牙的時候小心翼翼生怕把水濺到地板上，除了這些都還行，周邊配套完善，晚上可以出去轉轉，我們是晚上無聊，儘管很多地方都去過，還是又一次租車去了女兒城，從酒店出發大概半個小時到，衹是趕上暑假旅遊旺季所以有點堵車，司機師傅很好，他建議我們多玩多逛一會兒，十點左右再返回，要不又是返城高峯，所以從女兒城返回時儘量選擇10點後打車，回來一路順暢。
