看了酒店差評有點擔心，到了跟酒店溝通上來先看一下房間，酒店小姐姐特別好，同意了上來看房間，房間整體是很不錯的，很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務態度也特別好，也告知了出門停車需要在前台掃碼，因為停車碼是動態的，還有周邊的美食，來恩施推薦入住。酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象

到恩施幾天一直住在雲鼎軒，第一晚給免費升級了房間，酒店前台小美女都很熱情。打掃衞生的阿姨態度特別好，一次性用品放置很及時。房間沒有異味，又新又乾淨。昨晚上下雨，因為車需要開出去一下，前台小美女冒雨給下樓給抬桿，住的舒服還温馨。非常滿意。住了幾晚都忘記拍照片了，但，真的是住的很舒服）

房間裏面還好，新裝修的，裝修的風格很不錯，全屋智能，衞生乾淨，就是4015房的洗手盆下面漏水了，洗一下衣服水都流在地上，忘記拍那個照片，最無法接受的是空調，38度的天氣，空調一下子就關了，手動調整衹能定在18～19度，沒辦法調整，要不就凍死，要不就熱死，還有公共電梯太臟太臭了，其他的都可以

在恩施有事定了1個星期，期待越大失望越大
優點：1.恩施旺季性價比是可以的，不到200元2.前台小姐姐非常好3.全屋智能4.吹風機非常好用，非常好用5.地板不滑，沾了水後也不滑，這很重要
缺點：1.衞生非常不好，床單有不明毛髮且很多，但因為自己帶床單就沒找人換。門背後角落處非常多的頭髮
2.水龍頭夾着不明毛髮，很噁心，真的非常噁心
3.浴室沒有玻璃門，洗澡水全部飆到馬桶區域。浴室沒有置物架，洗面奶自己帶的清潔用品衹能放地下
4.全屋智能但是偶爾不靈，6天大概發生了5次，智能了電視卻不能投屏又不是很智能
5.打掃衞生的阿姨有時候不放一次性拖鞋有時候不放衞生紙，得虧我帶了紙
6.隔音非常差，我住5樓臨街。晚上10點回來到凌晨2點，會有持續不斷的桌球桿砸地的聲音，震的腦袋疼，隨時隨地車輛的聲音馬路上人説話的聲音我可以聽的一清二楚，隔音特別差
給我的整體感覺就是老闆用了很多錢被裝修和設計師坑了
