孩子住酒店期間，由於衞生問題，孩子過敏水腫引發感染，由於初期孩子孩子情況不是很嚴重，沒有引起媽媽重視，退房當天發現孩子嚴重後，通過去哪兒聯繫商家，僅要求賠付首次看病的醫葯費，沒有其他過分要求，但是商家態度惡劣，拒不協商也不處理，商家還拒接去哪兒客服電話

住酒店期間,中間想讓保潔來打掃一下衞生,商家直接無視我們的訴求,也不過來,退房是由於我們枕套上弄上了一些油脂,商家扣了我20塊錢清洗費,商家這是床單被罩退房後不洗嗎?臟了的話讓客户出清洗費,不臟鋪一下接着給下一客人用嗎?
