Try It!
I love my creature comforts, but decided to try glamping.
Pros: Nice place, well taken care of, friendly staff, nice views, fire pits, pool.
Cons: Canvas tents, so even with minisplit a/c, the temp is never quite right because of the extremes of desert climate. Very hot days and cool/cold nights.

The setting has potential—quiet vineyard, aesthetic layout, and a promising “glamping” vibe. But the execution was disappointing. No proper windows for airflow made the tent feel stifling at night, and nearby properties blasted loud music at 5AM, completely killing the peaceful escape.

Our stay was wonderful even though it rained on us. The only downside is that there are no food places within walking distance. The closest food place was about a 15 min drive.

Lovely birthday weekend getaway
We went out to celebrate my husbands birthday. What began as a weekend getaway turned into meeting new people and receiving excellent service from the staff. Lovely place to be stay at & the pricing was very affordable compared to other places out there.

I liked staying at Indómito, though if you are looking for roughing it out, this isn't the place for you - the accommodations are almost hotel-like, imo. Very spacious, super comfortable king sized beds, nice shower with fast flowing hot water, and a mini bar. The place was quiet, and it's off of the main drag, so it feels nice and tucked away. It's close to the town of El Porvenir which has a couple of good places to eat at (though it's pretty dead as a town by about eight, in the off season.) The staff was very helpful, and communicative. I'd gladly come back!

Room was tidy and clean with a stocked fridge. Great little spot. If you need privacy, just be aware that the walls are canvas tent material and you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you quite well.

The property was amazing. The rooms look straight out of Indiana Jones but with all the comfortable. We came during an offseason and it was super quiet. Everything was clean and the staff were so nice and very helpful. On Saturdays, they have a horse show near the stable which adds to the ambiance we were going for
