Las instalaciones están bonitas, Luis Omar (el recepcionista de la noche) y las meseras de huevo Republic , son muy amables. Sin embargo el servicio en general es malo, desde el horario de los restaurantes (abren tarde y cierran temprano) para ser un sitio vacacional “de lujo” ya que no hay nada a los alrededores para salir a comprar algo de comer. Si llegar tarde y tienes hambre no hay nada que puedas hacer, por qué tampoco cuentan con room service. La ultima noche que me hospede unos huéspedes hicieron un escándalo horrible que terminó hasta las 5 am y ningún empleado les dijo algo , intente marcar a recepción pero él teléfono no servía. Pero ese tipo de clientes son los que les “dejan dinero” y por eso les dejan hacer lo que quieran. Si no tienes vehículo no es buena opción este hotel, ya que sus cuotas de servicio privado son de 50 dólares ( si vas a 2 minutos de distancia eso te quieren cobrar) no tienen criterio y atención. Muy decepcionante para alguien que quiere ir a relajarse. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Una estancia muy agradable, las instalaciones están en muy buen estado y el ambiente es muy relajador. El spa tiene personal muy capacitado y en general muy recomendable.

Great place to stay. The staff was friendly and they took care of all my needs. The coffee shop was stunning, and Yumano Restaurant was one of our favorite gastronomy experiences on the whole trip. 100% recommended, if you are looking for the right place in Valle, definitly choose maglén resort.

Muy bonito lugar muy limpio EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN en la recepción de parte de Saul y Carlos. En el restaurante Yumano por parte de Carlos. Desi y Alejandro, y sobretodo en la cervecería por parte de Armando. Excelente empleado con las pilas bien puestas.

El lugar está muy bien. Nos gustó mucho y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Sin embargo la atención al cliente es pésima. El trato es muy malo. Específicamente nos atendió Carlos Mata. Ni siquiera para el saludo fue amable. Después intenta “ser chistoso” y solo es irrespetuoso. No nos explicó nada, y me di cuenta que trata igual al resto de los clientes. Es como si le estuviera haciendo el favor a quién va al hotel. La verdad creo que es un buen lugar. Pero el trato con la gente es la mitad de la experiencia. Ojalá rectifiquen de alguna forma esto.

El lugar está dividido en secciones con cantidades limitadas de habitaciones cómodas tuvimos una estancia cómoda,el jacuzzi al aire libre bien agusto y cuenta con alberca, un detalle fue que en el restaurante yumano nos sirvieron el ceviche a los 4 chiles extremadamente salado por lo que se le comentó al mesero y el le comentó al chef y el chef se molesto por lo que solamente le puso mas limón al platillo para disque bajarle lo salado y en mí opinión si un chef no acepta críticas porque le quedó mal el platillo que poco profesional Sin pensarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí pero no comeríamos en el restaurante Excelente servicio en recepción La cerveza artesanal muy sabrosa
