Great place to stay. The staff was friendly and they took care of all my needs. The coffee shop was stunning, and Yumano Restaurant was one of our favorite gastronomy experiences on the whole trip. 100% recommended, if you are looking for the right place in Valle, definitly choose maglén resort.

The rooms we got where the Encinas standard,nothing crazy it’s a basic room you get what you pay for with no refrigerator, or television. The water in the shower gets warm but not hot, the water pressure is very weak and there is a constant noise that last a while every time water is being used. Breakfast was included in our stay and it had good portions and the taste was good, you have 4 options to pick from and it included orange juice and coffee. It seemed online like everything was in an easy access of the property such as the coffee shop, yumano restaurant, gym and pickle ball courts, however it’s not exactly that. You do have to go up a dirt road to get there (it’s not very far) but it’s not in the same area as it looked like online. I do believe the other rooms could have been nicer because we drove passed them on our way to the other areas, Overall the hotel is decent and the staff was friendly.

The Glamping was a good experience, I would recommend for anyone who ever wondered what was to sleep in a camper. The place is located in the hill part with beautiful scenery surroundings. Plenty of amenities are offered and only minutes away from their own brewery, wineries, restaurant, spa and coffee shop called Aroma, would come again

The hotel is promoted as a relaxing destination, but our experience did not reflect that. The property is divided into three areas, which are not well connected for walking. Although they advertise three pools, the pool and jacuzzi in our section were out of service for 3 days.
As a result, we had to drive to the other pools, which unfortunately were not clean. On Friday at 9:40 p.m., just as we were hoping to relax in our room, a water pipe suddenly turned on to fill the pool, creating a loud and disruptive noise—without regard for quiet hours. Additionally, there was a party on the neighboring property, right next to the rooms, with very loud music. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff said they could call the police and police should deal with it, but I guess no action was taken as the annoying music continued late into the night.
Supplies such as toilet paper, coffee amenities, and makeup remover were also insufficient for the number of guests, even though we left a note for the housekeeper indicating how many people were staying, in case that information was not known.

Very cute winery, staff were sweet and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It was literally a trickle of water coming from the shower head and was extremely loose.
They have WiFi but the signal was extremely weak. Heads up there’s no tv but that was totally fine with me since it was great to disconnect for the time we stayed there. The food was SO good too. Excellent service.

Disappointed by customer service policies.
We showed up at the property at check-in time (3:00 p.m.) but we weren't able to get into the room until 4:00 p.m. No one at the property told us that the power and water was out for the entire property. People at the pool area told us they had water but no electricity. We tried to wait it out, but needed a room with running water so we left and went back to Ensenada. Disappointing and I'm still trying to get a refund.
