"We checked into the hotel on Saturday evening and ate a meal outside of the hotel in the local town. We returned to the bar for a drink - we approached the bar and noted there were spills of beer and other liquids (on the customers side) !!! It took at least 5 mins before any of the 3 staff came to serve us. We also had issues with the service at breakfast - I have spoken to the manager who will address my issues with the newly appointed supervisor."

"Excellent stay – highly recommended! The hotel is in a prime location with plenty of parking spaces and most imporyant eco friendly hotel with cool water dispensar. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and well-equipped with a fan, iron, and hairdryer. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A special shout-out to the breakfast—it was rich, delicious, and offered variety. The staff were also very friendly, attentive, and professional. Would definitely stay here again! May 18, 2026"

"I booked an overnight stay for my husband 50th birthday. We had been several times for lunch. I dont think I would go back. The room had lots of issues, like the hot water tap was scalding and the cold hot, the window wouldn't open the room was boiling, lots black hairs on the bedding (not ours) and a used plaster on the floor beside the bed, TV that was locked on one channel. Outside our room the garden had pallets of used slabs and work was being conducted the next morning at 9am. I reported all the issues but still waiting on a reply from the management......as the room wasn't cheap and we spent a lot of money at the resort on food, drinks etc. Safe to say I will never be back. Don't waste your time or money."

"We stayed in Mahons for 4 nights from 13th to 17th of July. We have stayed there many times in the past and are always impressed by everything including the friendliness of the staff and management -right from the top down.
