Ho effettuato un soggiorno di una sola notte in questa struttura con una collega per questioni universitarie e il mio giudizio è inferiore a una stella. Proprietario pessimo e maleducato, non conosce la COMUNISSIMA procedura di prenotazione online (Booking) e ci ha accusate in modo aggressivo e poco cordiale di non aver pagato il soggiorno nonostante avessimo la ricevuta elettronica di avvenuto pagamento. Dopo più di 20 minuti di discussione si è accorto del suo errore grazie ad una cosiddetta “segretaria” (precedentemente assente e “malata” a suo dire) ma NON SI È SCUSATO. Non tornerò più in questa struttura, tra l’altro poco accogliente e con condizioni igieniche scadenti. Per non parlare del cattivo odore di fumo che si avverte all’interno. Sconsigliatissima!!

Il Sig.Vittorio è molto cortese e la Sig.ra Vlloca molto professionale.
La stanza era ampia e pulita con una vista
valle bellissima.

The property is perfectly located near the Belvedere, and has magnificent views from the breakfast area. The hotel staff is very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our needs. The owner, Vittorio, was incredibly helpful and nice to us, and he genuinely wanted to help us when we needed help on several occasions, demanding nothing in return. Grazie Vittorio, sei stato molte gentile e pacenzioso. Ci vediamo ancora! 🙂 We recommend this hotel when staying in Enna.

Je n'aurai pas le loisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel, réservé le 22.12 , je reçois un e mail le 04.04 pour m'informer que ma réservation est annulée....... car il n'y a plus de place !!!!!! Dans sa grande bonté l'établissement me propose une chambre à 115 euros alors que ma réservation m'avais côuté.... 57 euros. Je crois qu'on appelle ça prendre les gens pour des .... Non ? Bref si vous voulez vous faire planter au dernier moment et vous retrouver en galère c'est l'établissement qu'il vous faut !
