Apartment is great and spacious!! It's a little further away from the shops but just a short drive away. Balcony is super great for stargazing late at night!!

The Bluff needs to instal lift to upper units

Everything is good. A bit confused with the location of our room due to heavy rain on the arrival but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

When I called and requested late check-in instructions, the staff told me she had already talked to someone about this, and it did not seem like she wanted to repeat the information to me. This is very strange because I am a solo traveler and I would be the only person calling. After a few minutes explaining to her about my situation, she asked for my email. Then my phone was disconnected (poor signal). I called back, and the same person asked if she could talk to someone else who could understand her. I told her I was the only one calling and I could understand her perfectly. Eventually, I was able to give her my email so she could send the check-in instructions. Also, the wifi password was not posted in the room. So I have no internet connection. This is not a good experience and I will be reluctant to stay there again.

We had a back room with king bed good full flow shower you get plates cups cutlery kettle microwave toaster. The fridge was very hard to set  from freeze or defrost. There is nowhere to sit and eat the chair was too low and no table and chairs to sit at.  there is stairs for a lot of rooms

Wonderful spot with awesome views, very quiet and peaceful. We love it, definitely go back again.

While the apartment was nice it is very dated, particularly for the dollars spent per night. I don't know about the rest of the complex but our apartment needed a makeover. However apart from the pillows being too firm it was very comfortable. So the only issues were ones of appearance. If you prefer a thin pillow bring your own.

Superb views and quiet corner of the harbour

The room is big, spacious, comfortable and new, with an unbeatable sea view, clean and sanitary. There is nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay.

I forgot to take photos of the interior of the room, it is relatively simple but quite clean. The check-in experience was okay, check-in and out were very convenient.
