The hotel is located on a hillside with a good view. However, the room may have been unused for a long time and has a strong odor. The room is large, but it is connected to the balcony next door, so be careful. Breakfast usually starts at 7 o'clock, and the variety is okay, but it is not updated. The outdoor swimming pool is a bit dirty and no one swims.

Checked in with Jeff very easy yet not very personable. Amenities extra $15/day even if you’re not using. Gym pool spa internet parking buffet breakfast. No disability parking in front door entrance only back (which was to far away from room) no help offered with luggage (only self service heavy push carts) Did not ask if I wanted help or if I was going to utilize these amenities.
Room smelled of heavy use chemicals to clean room. (Could taste it).
Ocean view claim with balcony was actually only seen if you walked and peered to the left.
Bed not the most comfortable. Exit room door would slam at night very loud.
Walk in tile shower floor slippery while showering and shower head had very low pressure.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! I booked on 3/22 and immediately figured out that I needed to cancel. They indicate that you must cancel via the same method you booked, but when I tried to cancel there was no option to do so online (despite being well within the cancellation window). So, I email them - and get no response. I then get an invoice for the full length of the stay despite having cancelled and despite the cancellation fee being only 1 night (if you don't cancel before 24 hours ahead of arrival date). I then call them and email them multiple time and still get no response. I've now had to dispute the charge via my credit card. Super shady practices.

This place is average, the set up is a bit wonky. The rooms are facing the rear of the building, the front office is a bit confusing to get to with the odd stairwells and elevators. The fridges are really small with no microwaves in the rooms. The fee-breakfast is literally toast and cereal. I won’t be coming back

The property is in a great location, but feels pretty run-down and could use a big update. The lobby, hallways and pool area seem kind of dingy. Rooms were clean though (balconies could use a thorough cleaning, however). It was reasonably priced though so I would say you get what you pay for. Pros were the location and parking being included and cons listed above.
