Little cozy cabin that was right on a beautiful lake. We didn’t get much time to just be there and relax, but enjoyed every minute we did spend in the cabin.

Great place on a nice lake. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone who was looking to get away and relax.

The place was on a very nice lake, close to Fond Du Lac and extremely well-taken care of. However, the owner lives next door within 10-feet of the property so there was ZERO privacy. The owner also only corresponded thru the VRBO app, even after we arrived at the cabin. This is something we haven’t experienced before as our usual experience has been once checked in we are able to contact the host via text or phone for any immediate issues. In our case, there was no propane in the grill and we had bought a copious amount of food to BBQ but because we could only communicate thru the app it took Don 4 hours to reply (since he wasn’t home), so we ended up ordering take-out instead.

Such a nice place! My husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. We had unusually hot weather on the days we were there, so we were really grateful for the A/C which was efficient and quiet! The house was so comfortable and had everything needed for cooking and grilling, plenty of beach towels and a great shower! The lake was great for swimming, kayaking and fishing (we only caught little bitty fish but it was all about the sport of it). Just an all around great place stay!

This was our second stay at Don & Beth's cabin and it was just as nice as the first, though much warmer seeing as our first stay was in January of this year. We enjoyed ice fishing and the cozy fireplace in January and kayaking, fishing, and an outdoor fire during our June stay. It's very peaceful any time of year and we enjoyed watching all of the wildlife that calls Lake De Neveu home. We use this sweet little cabin as our home base for visiting friends and family, as Fond du Lac is our hometown, and we will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway Stayed for a long weekend in January - the pictures don't do the property justice! It's very pretty and cozy, even when it's below zero outside. We're already considering reserving this cabin in the summer sometime

Perfect lakeside retreat! My husband and I are originally from Fond du Lac but now live in Montana. Staying with family during visits can be a little overwhelming for all involved at times, so we were delighted to find this cute little cabin on Lake DeNeveu. We booked on short notice during one of the coldest weeks ever, but the owners were still able to have it ready for us. Very cozy. Beautiful views. Fully stocked. Close to everything in Fond du Lac. We have a return visit booked for the summer and we’re looking forward to enjoying the lake more during that visit.
