Game room with foosball table, full-size refrigerator, and queen sleeper sofa. Second Floor: Bedroom 1, 2 and 3. Oceanside decks for enjoying a morning sunrise or a quiet moment with your favorite beach read. Third Floor: Main living area with the living room feature views of the ocean and a deck with seating. Kitchen on the sound side with plenty of seating. Shared Pool: The pool area is shared by both sides of the duplex. A perfect chance to make new friends or enjoy it all if you rent both sides!
