The owner is very welcoming, she's friendly and works hard to keep everyone happy. Paperwork and keys had been prepared prior to arrival and left in the room. This is an older motel that is kept clean, nice grounds, good shower pressure, bed comfortable, older tv channels. There are chairs and small table outside your room to sit or a nice area seating area close by. The AC kept coming on and off so loud for sleeping. Better during the cooler weather. No ice machine but the owner had her own small one in the office. The price was fair.

Great Stay, quiet & clean room, and owner was delightful and caring. She runs a tight ship and the rooms and grounds reflect it. We stayed 2 nights so we could check out the museums and town's history and it was well worth it! thanks!!

We stayed at Rustic Inn on the upper level in a room that has a balcony w two chairs/table and view of the town. Our room was clean having a refreshing shower & the motel area was quiet especially after long travel day. A couple items that would make the stay better: having a Keurig coffee machine & extra pillows. There was a drip coffee maker that looked like it had seen better days.

Friendly owner, all you need in an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable room. I’d stay here again. Adorable sitting area outside, tho we did not use.

Everything was exceptional beginning with the check in which was already prepared in the room. User friendly atmosphere with everything anticipated and in place. Highly recommended.

Second time staying here. I chose the upstairs room with a view of the mountains and private balcony.
Clean, quiet, and private with a nice breeze.
Short walk to a great dinner/steakhouse.
My new go-to place to stay in Ely!

Don't go there they hate white people.
I did not spend the night there. The AC didn't work. And they would not move me into another room. So when I asked her a refund, she called me a piece of c***, white cracker, told me that I had to leave or she would call up a few of her family and have meet beat up.

Passing through
Stopped for one night passing through and the owner was very welcoming and so sweet! Will stay here again if ever in the area again. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
