整體服務和硬件設施都非常好，前廳也非常熱情幫忙預訂出租車和餐廳。美中不足時那個床是由兩個單人床拼接而成，聽説這是當地人的喜好，如果有伴兒就不會被另一方打擾到。大床房也有，是需要跟前台要求的，以後check in的時候最好跟他們提一下你的訴求。

Kronenschlösschen is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and is always well presented. The staff is professional and friendly. The sommelier is one of Germany‘s best and his team can be relied upon to make a great recommendation. The Kronenschlösschen has a world class wine cellar, which is nationally and internationally renowned. Many people visit purely for the wines, though it would be a shame not to relish the work of the prize winning chef. Finally, the garden is delightful and is a real pleasure to sit and fine peace in.

Wir waren heute im Kronenschlößchen auf der Terrasse zum Mittagessen. Diese Terrasse hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Ich denke, neben dem Schlosshotel Kronberg ist das die schönste Atmosphäre, die man im Rhein Main Gebiet haben kann. Es gab ein ausgezeichnetes Dreigängemenü, der Fisch exzellent. Die Suppe hat mich begeistert und auch die Nachspeise war toll. Was mir besonders aufgefallen ist, ist dieses wirklich exzellente Personal. Hervorragende Leute, die einen absolut erstklassigen Eindruck machen. Der Inhaber saß bei uns Nebentisch und hat sich mit Gösten launig und freundlich unterhalten. Das ist ein Ort, zu dem wir bestimmt bald wiederkommen. Herzlicher Gruß Dorian Hartmuth

I stayed only one night. Hotel is classy. Rooms are decorated nicely. This is a historic place. Breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly. Location was great too. It s very close to the Rhein. In winter the value was great. Would come back again.

Super koselig
Vi overnattet i gjeste huset der rommene har klima anlegg og det er vi glase dor da temperaturen aldri kom under 25 grader om natta.
Nydelig mat på resturangen. Vi spiste ut i hagen og det var veldig koselig .. Maten var aldeles nydelig og vi smakte noe av det beste vi har spist innen is og drakk en hvitvin som var helt utrolig god... Vi fikk hjelp av "vinkelneren" som virkelig kunne sine viner... en flott opplevelse å være gjest her og veldig hyggelig personale...
