Whilst we had a great time for the evening and the room is decent it was far away from everything and not much to do around. No amenities unfortunately

Location: is good if you want to be out near the country and Yarra Valley.
Cleanliness: what one expects anywhere.
Service: reception is as expected and they did make the room between nights.
Facilities: It's not a holiday resort, so it doesn't really have anything: unless you like watching TV which has lots of free movies.

OMG - DO DONT STAY THERE! old, dirty, dodgy and worst of all the room stunk. i didn't stay ,i simply could not put up with it . so booked somewhere else .

This must be as close to a scam as a hotel can get. It's not a hotel, there is no restaurant. So no room-service either. It's not a conference centre, it's just a rundown establishment that struggles to be a motel. The rooms were once up-market, now just tired. The shower was great, everything else was poor. For a room for two there was one knife, one fork, one spoon, one wine glass. No tea towel, very few power points, a hotplate with instructions in Chinese, no pans, no utensils. A TV remote that refused to do anything. The lack of cutlery was corrected, fortunately. Overall a great disappointment, can't understand how they can continue to advertise as they do.

Room did not present as pictured online. Bed was somewhat on the hard side to sleep on. Shared accommodation facility with socially disadvantaged people made for an uncomfortable stay.
Generally the stay was acceptable but I would not return the this motel again.

No information given on check in at all & not provided with the Wi Fi access - very very dated and stain on bed and carpet & only 1 glass provided to get a drink of water
