"I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled."

"Charles was lovely. It is an old school hotel that has been updated with shared bathrooms. I am not picky and it was just a stop over for work the next day. I would recommend. Clean, old school, charming, and just the basics to be comfortable."
