Nice quiet Hotel, Good facilities..Good breakfast
The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and a good size (king size)
The waiters and waitresses were very polite, courteous and swift to attend to our needs with drinks, menu choices and clearing away of plates very quickly..Our waiter for the evening Tom was first class.

The room is clean, but a bit old overall. However, the environment is good. There is a river next to it. You can sit by the river for breakfast, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is OK. It is very close to Chester Shopping Village.

Incredible stay. The staff are amazing- especially the breakfast staff. Room clean and fresh and breakfast out of this world. They also give duck food to feed the swans and ducks after breakfast. They moved us to a quiet room as we were close to the lift. No issues at all. Price was amazing for 5 nights with breakfast. Can’t wait to come back.
