We had to wait 45 minutes before we could get into our hotel room. Room was good, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cuts in single-ply toilet paper
The breakfast was not that good; the rolls were not sufficiently baked so they were not edible. Other bread was delivered too late to the breakfast table. Furthermore, it was very busy during breakfast; there was a long line to get to breakfast and far too few places for all guests. We also missed a waste bin on the tables, where you can put your waste directly during breakfast.
The lockable bicycle shed was very poor; All of Fletcher's bicycles were in the shed, so guests had no place to park their bicycles. Furthermore, the roof of the shed, which was nothing more than a container, was torn and when it rained the bicycles were still soaked.
There was a swimming pool, but the staff did not indicate anything about bathrobes.
All in all a disappointing hotel.

Wat een herrie op de gang de hele avond. Drinken in het restaurant duurde een kwartier voordat het kwam (moesten er naar vragen). Kamer prima. Receptie was vergeten om onze Bongo gegevens op te nemen dus moesten we hier nog mee aan de slag. Al met al niet echt een ontspannende ervaring

Hadden een high thea. Eten was goed. Bediening ging met hete koffie en soep over ons heen. Schijnbaar niet geleerd om aan 2 kanten van een tafel te serveren. Paar keer moeten vragen of we nog koffie konden krijgen. Erg jammer. Zo druk was het namelijk niet. Personeel zou beter naar de klant moeten kijken. Niet alleen wij moesten vragen en kregen niks. Andere klanten precies hetzelfde. Personeel mag ook een zakdoek gebruiken als ze verkouden zijn. Voor het geld niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Dit hotel lijkt heel wat, maar is zo'n beetje het slechtste wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dat weerspiegelen ook de meeste andere reviews. Jammer dat dit een Fletcher-hotel is. In andere handen zou het goud kunnen zijn. Kan ik over het hotel zelf dus kort zijn, meer aandacht wil ik besteden aan het park rondom het hotel. Een 'schitterend park' had ik ergens gelezen. Ook dat viel vies tegen. Kennelijk denkt men hier dat zolang je het gras nu maar maait, de rest er niet meer toe doet. Het park is compleet verloederd en verbraamd. Overal zie je zwerfvuil en kapot geslagen flessen liggen. Prachtige oude bomen worden door klimop geteisterd, paden zijn overwoekerd en bij een bijgebouwtje (wat het stookhok bleek te zijn) is een complete vuilnisbelt aanwezig. Als je bij dit hotel tot het management behoort, vraag ik me werkelijk af van wat voor allooi je moet zijn om het zover te laten komen. Het is diep en diep triest!

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker gechild op terras, maar helaas diner was slecht. Brood bij de burrata was oud, de salade had geen dressing en lekkerbek kwam zo uit de vriezer. Restaurant was mooi maar niet conform het eten. 5 euro voor kraanwater.
