Superb accomodation! Very cozy with delicious breakfast. Definitely far from our expectation! Hosts are friendly and helpful!
Re: check-out time - the one stated in Trip.com is not aligned with the host's expected check-out time. Suggest Trip.com to communicate with the host to ensure everyone is on the same page to avoid embarassing situation from happening again in the near future. Thanks!

Very nice and spacious room that had been refurbished recently, everything felt new. Speaking with the owners they were working their way through all the rooms. Some well thought out things were a fan in the room (my wife suffers hot flushes) and double sockets with USB charging on both sides of the bed at waist height - no bending down to the floor. Kettle in the room with selection of tea and coffee bags plus biscuits ! Also room to sit on armchairs to read instead of only having the bed. Breakfast was excellent and several options available depending on your preferences. The dining room was spacious too, you're not cramped in. About 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Elgin and all the restaurant suggestions we got from the owners were spot on.

Very cute and convenient BNB. The owners are very friendly and had a great breakfast with flexible options for a vegan traveler. Very nice room, had a fan in the closet with is great for a summer cool down at night. Walking distance to a downtown area with shopping, pubs, etc. Plenty of parking onsite. Nice little garden area to sit in.

We stayed just one night, but wish we had time to stay longer. Check in was a breeze and the staff were lovely! They were super friendly and welcoming. We received a great recommendation for a dinner place from them. We also enjoyed the decor and the feel of the hotel. It is definitely unique and beautiful. Also, breakfast was FANTASTIC! We would love to stay here again.

A wonderful guesthouse where you can feel at home. We received a very friendly welcome. Lyn gave us some restaurant tips and a suggested route for the next day. A great stay and a perfekt breakfast.

Another excellent stay at the Pines in Elgin Always fantastic hospitality from Lynn & Lee a Beautiful couple who are very kind and generous with their time The rooms are spotlessly clean and the shower is brilliant The breakfast is always very tasty cooked to perfection and is delivered with a smile Thank you Lynn & Lee We will definitely be be back :-) Kind regards John
