Perfect Vacation We had a fantastic time at Second Wind! The house was perfect for our group, and the location truly can’t be beat. Centrally situated on the island, it was just a short golf cart ride to town or Tahiti Beach—and within walking distance to On Da Beach. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast and coffee on the porch, and ending the day listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The house was clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. This was my eighth trip to Elbow Cay, and Second Wind was by far my favorite place to stay.

Second Wind was the perfect vacation home for our family on elbow cay! We loved the location and were able to GC anywhere on the island. The caretaker and owner were both super responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect get away! The house was so clean, cozy, and quiet. We came to the island for a wedding, so the house became the perfect little retreat from the buzz of festivities. I will note that the wifi was not strong at all and went out completely for the last 3 days of our stay. Just wanted to bring that up because we had someone working from home in our group and they were hardly able to do so. If you need to have access to strong wifi or are planning on working during your stay, this might not be the spot for you.

Great time in Abaco Comfortable, clean, everything we needed. We had a group of six visiting for a wedding and with all that Abaco has to offer just needed a place to get clean and rest our heads. That said, we still found ourselves enjoying the breeze on Second Wind's amazing deck. Susan and Clint (Caretakers/onsite management) were above all the best part of the experience, lovely people, great communication and even picked us up from the ferry. Thank you so much!

Even better than the pictures Very clean, well-equipped beach cottage which was the perfect size for 6 of us - parents and adult children with significant others. The pictures were great and it’s even better in person - amazing ocean views with nice breeze on the deck. Location was ideal with fully stocked grocery store and On Da Beach both just steps away. Definitely recommend a golf cart for trips to town, Firefly and Abaco Inn. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Elbow Cay Stay Great!! The place was very clean, nice, and kept up. It was in a great location, about 1 block from the ocean and a place called On Da Beach Bar & Grill. 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks. All homes around us were nice as well. Great neighborhood. 5 minutes to the Ferry Docks. 5 to 10 minutes from several other great bar restaurants and boat dock area for boat slips. The host and the caretaker were very nice and accommodating and kept in constant contact. We will absolutely be back. Would stay there again!!!!!! Todd

Great Time in HopeTown! The house was perfect! Kitchen appliances were brand new and the beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure and the location can’t be beat! Be sure to check out On Da Beach which is right down the walkway towards the beach! And grab the best oatmilk lattes across the street!
