"I don't think the Hotel Dedeman deserves its name and 4 stars. When you enter the room, you're greeted by the sound of the ventilation system working like an airplane engine. The air conditioning is very outdated, and as the hotel is old, you naturally encounter water that doesn't heat up properly, a leaky shower cabin, and the handwashing sink never provides hot water. There are better 3-star hotels available. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there's no question about cleanliness. I only stayed for one day, so I didn't really mind, but it's definitely not worth the price paid."

"We stayed here for one night and it was good. This hotel is in the centre of Elazig. The breakfast is on the rooftop. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable because of the very low wash bassin. The hotel has a parking. The hotel personal helped my husband finding the parking and parked the car for us. My husband said it would otherwise have been very difficult!"
