It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Breakfast delicious with lot of choices. They organize tours around. Easy to find a driver at the hotel. Emploees very kind and prepare to help. Big pool on the terasse with a wonderful view. Everything was just fine.

The hotel is newly built but unfortunately not well-maintained. The rooms and facilities appear overused, possibly due to the high turnover of guests. Management should pay closer attention to maintenance because the location and the view from the hotel are truly stunning. The breakfast area and selection could be improved, and the hallways have a noticeable fishy smell that needs to be addressed. On a positive note, the staff are amazing — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. With better upkeep, this hotel could easily live up to its beautiful setting.

Beautiful resort with stunning views of El Nido. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place to relax and enjoy paradise.Had a lot of fun and will recommend this place!

nice for the interior of the hotel but not much in the room. however, the staff are friendly and helpful.
they upgraded the room, which was very nice but the room is quite dusty and feel itchy while using the bed on first night. after request to change the sheets and do the cleaning, it s far better from the first night.
nit much selections for the breakfast but the menu changes everyday.
the pool looks nice and fitness has good 2 treadmills.

Food service at the 7th floor resraurant was slow (took more than an hour) but they gave us free fruits as compensation. :) I forgive.
Buffet breakfast was okay.
Vegetables were usually soggy. They need to learn the right way to make pakbet. Veggies should be crunchy and not too much sauce. Hope there’s more food choices.
Room has no shower curtain. It was wet all around.
Staff are nice. No problem. Salute.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. It met our expectations. Lots of amenities and activities. The pool was amazing and the view is great. Perfect sunsets. Water was not potable so stock up on water. We got the jr. suite but it was really like a deluxe room but ok for the price. Would love to have seen a regular suite and the view. Breakfast was good each day. We only ate dinner once on the roof but it was raining and we didn’t enjoy it very much. Staff was excellent. Recommend staying here when you’re in el nido.
