Novotel Tunis Lac

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

Excellent hotel Perfect location

Everything was great, good quality of service and a very welcoming staff! It's our second stay in Novotel Tunis Lac and it only gets better! The room is super confortable, ecofriendly and well equipped with the latest technologies. Plus the proximity makes it a good deal. We were very pleased with our stay, thanks to the whole team! Update : We also came back for an Iftar in Ramadan, and it was super tasty with a large variety of dishes and a great service as usual!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything I needed was just around the corner. The staff, from security to reception and the restaurant team, were super friendly and always happy to help. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was also great with plenty of choices to start the day right. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended
