Tour bus heaven. Loaded with tourists from busses herded in for a feeding trough atmosphere with barely mediocre food. Cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are searching for local cuisine. Pass this place on by if you are looking for lunch.

Very clean hotel . Great staff , very friendly people. Good location when you drive , has also spacious free parking. We had olso nice dinner and breakfast there . Our room has nice balcony. Thanks to Mr Dammar for care about us . Recommend it 100%.

A comfortable and clean hotel but definitely room for improvement. No water or coffee in rooms, very limited menu, breakfast is relatively basic, no pool like advertised and wifi doesn't work in some rooms (mine this time). The hotel also smelt - possibly a drain problem especially after a shower. Overall, a nice place but definitely room for improvement for the price.

This seems to be the go to lunch stop for all El Jem tours. The meal was included in the tour price. It has a huge clean modern restaurant and lunch is a hot buffet, the line of which moves very slowly. The food was OK, drinks are extra and are brought to your table. Good toilets and a pleasant little gift shop

We stopped here for a late lunch after a private excursion arranged by Tui. The waiting staff were sullen borderline hostile. Soup was slapped down in front of us, distain met our polite thanks. Two minutes later the spoons arrived, two minutes after that our mains was sullenly left at our elbows without a word. Finally after another minute or two, desert; four small, badly bruised peaches in a bowl were dropped into the middle of our table without a word. Our guide and driver are very upset having worked so very hard to give us another fantastic day out. They unfortunately have no control over where we eat.

Auf unserer Reise übernachteten wir hier für eine Nacht. * Parkplatz für unser Motorrad war bewacht✅ * das Zimmer war sauber und noch relativ neu * Matratzen fest und es gab auch wärmere Zudecken optional * das Bad war weil neu auch top bis auf die spärliche Ablage am Waschbecken * zum Frühstück wurde serviert … Omelett mit Salat, Baguette, Croissants. Minus für mich, es gab Marmelade und Butter in Plastik verpackt. Dies sollte in der heutigen Zeit wo man doch etwas auf die Umwelt achten muss besonders in einem Hotel in kleinen Mini Schälchen serviert werden. * das Abendessen schmeckte uns leider gar nicht. Wir hatten nach viel Tajine mal wieder Appetit auf Pasta. Aber unsere Pasta war so geschmacklos das wir Harrisa untergerührt haben. Da sollte der Koch nochmal daran arbeiten. Derzeit wird an einem Pool gearbeitet.

bonjour, très mauvais plan,non recommandé surtout pour les évènements telque des réunions ,des séminaires etc... (Manque des matériels audio visuels malgré tout payé selon un contrat)très mauvaises prestations avec un staff non qualifié et un responsable non professionnel.
