Give your family happiest memories at the beach! Experience coast living at its best - rent 4 BR 3.5bath 2200 sq ft single house right at Miramar beach for your next vacation. Just 2 mins walk/one block to all the fun at the ocean front, plus coffee shop, restaurant and art gallery! Formal living room, open kitchen attached with dining room and family room plus 1.5 bathrooms and 1 bedroom complete the 1st floor. Additional family activities space plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor. There is also a Harry Porter type kid sleep clove on the 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a gap ocean view. Total 3 queen beds, 2 single beds, 1 full beds are available in the house regularly. We also will set up 1 sofa bed and floor mattress, plus 1 roll away bed upon request. 6 - 8 adults plus kids can live comfortably in this house. Please note we charge extra $20 per person per night for groups with more than 8 people (children included in the count). I would appreciate you tell me who are coming and their ages when you book the property.
