Ambiente acogedor, todo limpio y ordenado. Nos traían el desayuno todas las noches para el otro día super abundante. Melisa de Recepción un genia, super atenta, tuve un problema con una cartera que olvide en el Chaltén y movio cielo y tierra para conseguir que me la traigan. La ubicación también es muy buena. El lugar es muy lindo, rodeado de árboles y plantas. Te sentis en contacto con la naturaleza. Las cabañas un lujo. Super equipadas con todo. Y bien calefacciónadas para los inviernos patagonicis. El desayuno tiene cosas dulces diferentes todos los días, exquisitas!!! Volvería sin dudarlo. La atención es excelente. Te sentis en casa!

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Solares del sud. Bith Abril and Pedro were excellent hosts, helping with anything from arranging airport transfers to bus bookings and even salt and pepper when needed. The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking Lake Argentina. Highly reccomended. Our cottage was cosy, warm and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Buen hotel, sin embargo tiene algunas cosas cosas que podría mejorar, el wifi fue muy malo, era difícil tener una buena conexión, los colchones de las camas eran duros, en lo personal no me gustan las camas duras, falta mejorar el pan del desayuno (estaba duro).
El hotel estaba limpio, la atención del personal excelente y muy amables siempre, la vista al lago muy bonita.

Estuvimos con mi mujer en este lugar dese el 18/3 al 23/3/2024. Adjunto 3 fotos. Realmente fue una experiencia bastante mala. En la cabaña que nos asignaron ya desde la 1ra noche notamos un intenso olor a cloaca. Al 3er día en la mañana se inundó por completo (brotaba agua de la rejilla del baño) toda la cabaña, lo que nos obligó a levantar nuestras pertenencia para tratar de salvar lo que se pueda. Evidentemente el mantenimiento y destapación de cañerías del lugar es lamentable. No se hicieron cargo del problema y el propietario se negó a ofrecer siquiera una compensación por el trastorno y las pertenencias dañadas. Lo único que rescato es la buena atención del empleado (colombiano) que está al frente del lugar. No vayan !! De seguro van a conseguir otros lugares, cuando menos aceptables, por el mismo dinero.

Exelente el servido muy amables y correctos lo único que justo llegamos en un momento que se cerró el resto por problemas personales y no lo pudimos conocer. El tema del desayuno dice continental pero no tiene por ejemplo nada de proteína como tampoco jogurt o frutas. Así y todo bastante bien. El resto todo impecable.
