Excellent service, location a 10-minute walk from the main road, varied breakfast, friendly and helpful reception staff who helped us organize logistics and activities: Lucia and Javier were simply superb! Recommended.

11-14 mart 2025 için 3 gece rezervasyon yapmıştık 2 oda için..Hijyenik olmayan çok kötü bir yerdi,senelerdir seyahat ederim bu kadar kötü bir yer görmedim.İlk kez bir otelden kaçarcasına uzaklaşmak istedim.Yatak battaniyesinin üzerinde uzun saçlar vardı ve battaniyeden tozlar havaya kalktı,lavabolarda su birikiyordu.Radyatörün yarısı ısınmıyordu oda soğuktu ve tüm gece boyunca borularda dolaşan su sesi rahatsız etti .Kahvaltı için mutfak çok pis görünüyordu,tavada pişirdikleri yumurta siyah renkte görünüyordu,kahveyi bile içemedik ve o pis ve kirli görünen ortamda oturamayacağım için orada olan muzlardan 1 adet alıp bahçede yemek istedim,izin vermediler.Otelde kalamayacağımızı bildirdiğimizde neresi kötüyse düzenleyelim dediler ama asla resimdekilerle ilgisi olmayan hijyenik olmayan çok rezil bir yerdi.Ayrılmak istediğimizi bildirdiğimizde sahibi olan bey telefon ile bir bayanla konuştu,1 gece kaldığımız yer için 2 gecelik ücreti alacaklarını ama 1 geceyi 5 gün içinde iade edeceklerini söylediler ama iade etmediler.Dolandırıcı insanlar..Otelde bizden başka kalan yoktu.Böyle bir yerin asla bu puanı haketmediğini,hatta pansiyon olarak bile bu koşullarda kullanılmasının uygun olmadığını düşünüyorum.

Maravilhosa Estadia
Hotel super bem localizado com ótima vista para o Lago Argentino, fácil acesso para avenida principal e ótimo atendimento.
Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, roupa de cama sempre limpa, calefação em perfeito estado, banheiro com ótimo espaço, chuveiro muito bom, toalhas sempre limpas.
Café da manhã gostoso, preparado todos os dias com muito carinho.
O atendimento é maravilhoso, todos muito atenciosos, prestativos, sempre a disposição para ajudar... dicas valiosas sobre a cidade e restaurantes.
Nos sentimos em casa, muito longe de casa... A vista do quarto é maravilhosa, parece que você está vendo um quadro todos os dias e com atendimento sensacional.
Quero dar muita enfase ao atendimento e simpatia de toda a equipe, com certeza é recomendado para qualquer pessoa.

Fair for the price and lovely views
Good value, warm and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance of restaurants in the town via a steep hill. Views were also lovely of the lake. Breakfast could be improved with a couple of things - maybe an alternative to very sweet sugared cereal and some nice jams / marmalades would be good. Maybe cheese/ham for those who don’t eat eggs?

The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate me very well. The location is nearby shops and restaurants, about 10-15 minute walk. But the view is beautiful so it’s an enjoyable walk.

Definitely worth the price
Nice place, very friendly staff, trying to help. The location is not far from the center but there is a steep road. It is good to lose calories after the excellent restaurants. The heating issue needs to be improved.
