Equipe super simpática e atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente, com diversas opções. Foge ao lugar comum. Há uma série de facilidades e um bom restaurante. Eu, definitivamente, voltaria…. Só é um pouquinho longe do centro… Mas quem vai para El Calafate e nao quer caminhar?

The service was impeccable. Staff at reception during working hours spoke english, nothing was too much for them. The restaurant food better than most. Breakfast was good. Pool good temperature, a little murky. My only real complaint was the noise from the above floor, woke me up, it was after midnight on several occasions.

El hotel es muy cómodo, con spa, pileta climatizada y habitaciones muy lindas. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El restaurante del hotel ofrece comida gourmet y para los que no les gusta, comidas clásicas. Todo muy rico. Lo recomiendo por todas las comodidades que brinda.

Nuestra estadía fue exactamente lo que esperabamos. Pudimos usar casi todas las instalaciones: pileta, hidromasaje, sauna y masajes. La habitación fue amplia cómoda y calefaccionada. Limpieza acorde, baño con secador de pelo y productos para el pelo. No había jabón en pan para la ducha, pero si líquido. La recepción muy amable y con buenas indicaciones.El personal rota bastante y lleva un registro de los pedidos. Por las dudas hay que corroborar que revisen el registro si uno tiene alguna reserva o pedido especial

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y nunca nos avisaron. Solo nos dijieron de un imprevisto pero el imprevisto era mantenimiento por cual no pudimos usar los servicios . Usamos el jacuzzi con los obreros trabajando en techo, o se el servicio de spa, para relajarse ,no existió. La.entable la atención de los recepcionistas y el mánager tratando de justificar la situación que ellos sabían que tenían. Lamentablemente me arruinaron la estadía, solo vine a calafate a descansar y relajarme.

As avaliações de 2024 assustaram, mas a agência Brasileiros em El Calafate garantiu que o hotel estava reformado. Viemos!! Realmente parte do hotel está reformado e, parte em obras. A ala que os quartos estão habitados está reformada e propiciando tudo que se espera de um hotel no seu padrão: há camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho novas e boas, travesseiros novos, aquecimento no quarto e banheiro. Falando em banheiro chuveiro quentinho e com excelente vazão de água. Tem piscina, sauna e hidromassagem. Reabriram com nova gestão há 4 dias, fomos um dos primeiros hóspedes.
