나무가 주는 따뜻한 느낌이 너무 좋았고, 호텔 직뤈들의 서비스가 너무 좋아서 너무 편안하게 묵었습니다. 조식도 맛있고, 저녁도 기대 이상이었으며, 무엇보다 사우나 이용이 여독을 푸는데 너무 좋았습니다.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Even though my reservation was confirmed and priced in U.S. dollars, the hotel manipulated the exchange rate at checkout. They claimed to follow the Banco Nación rate, but in reality, they used their own internal rate that was noticeably higher. As a result, I was overcharged by around 8% due to what felt like currency manipulation or “financial engineering.” Most hotels or credit card processors use fair market rates, but this property did not. When I raised the issue, the staff were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t even allow an extra 15 minutes for a late checkout, insisting on a strict 11:00 AM departure. Overall, I found this hotel to be dishonest and lacking in customer service and integrity. I would not recommend it to other travelers. Neha & Digesh Chokshi,USA.

The hotel is beautiful! Spacious, clean, the interior design is also beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and with very good options (I highly recommend the pastries and sweets). All staff was very polite, super friendly and always with a smile in their faces. We felt really welcomed by them! ❤️ Will definitely recommend the place to my friends and hope to comeback someday!

Hotel Posada Los Alamos is a great hotel in a great location about a 5 minute walk from town where there are a lot of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself has a beautiful welcoming lobby where 100s of guests each day wait to be picked up for day trips to see glaciers. The hotel is used to this and has plenty of room to sit and door men to help with luggage and bags. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. We only wished there had been one english tv station to watch (maybe CNN). The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with lots of nice lighting, beautiful trees and places to walk. Breakfast was outstanding with a large buffet and an omlette station. It is big enough to accomodate all the people getting ready to go on their excursions for the day. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting El Calafate.

It was an excellent stayed at this hotel, beautiful surrounding, the staff where very helpful at all times, the included breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels around the world, I would definitive stay here again, and recommend it to others.
The only bad thing, I guess it can happen to anyone, is that room service lost my expensive sleeping eye mask, reason for not leaving them any tip in the room.
