The coffee is VERY WEAK!!! Just a fruit salad and no other fruit options. Cakes and sweet biscuits that are all industrialized and tasteless, bought cheaply in poor quality markets. Box cake. Always the same things that no one wanted to eat from previous days. Only two types of bread and tasteless. Lost and discouraged employees. Even before closing time, guests have to ask for anything to be replaced, including basic things like napkins and cutlery.
Friendly and attentive reception staff. In the bathrooms there is no shower or curtain, so it easily floods the entire bathroom. Dirt put under the beds. Hairdryer didn't work.

Rooms are big. The outside view is excellent. Bathroom shower does not have curtain to prevent water from going out.

If you a looking for a quiet time this is the best place to stay… This is a beautiful and quiet property with an amazing view of Lago Argentino , the staff are very friendly and helpful ,keep in mind that is a little far from the center about 30-50 minutes walking.

Beautiful location! Functional rooms. Elevators don't work well, but it's fine; staff are v. attentive to that. We were stuck in the elevator; they came and got us out!

The hotel is a bit out of town so no quick walk to grab food. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and a restaurant also within walking distance. The food at the hotel was subpar, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. But the location is on Lago Argentina and is gorgeous! The hotel is a bit dated BUT it was immaculate. They cleaned everyday. The sheets were a little bit stained but were obviously clean. The rooms were large and looked out over the lake as well. The staff was very friendly, they didn’t speak much English but why should they? It’s Argentina! They were very patient with our Spanish and resolved the minimal issues we had. I would stay here again given the views, cleanliness and value!

The view of my unit was over looking the laguna Argentino, which was a great view. Besides of the view, it didn't offer anything. I was disappointed with dining, the restaurant was closed and the breakfast had very little options. If you want have eggs, bacon or sausage, you have to pay for it. The free breakfast stuffs were bread, ham, cheese, slice fruits, and coffee. I don't it's worth of money.

The lake and mountain View is gorgeous and the room is ver spacious. The bed is very nice. However, some of the electrical outlets did not work at all, the breakfast was poor too.
