The room was very nice but there was some weird noise from a water heater or some other machine that could easily be heard and it was loud enough to keep me awake. Otherwise quiet. Good shower, clean. Location is ok. About a 15 minute walk from town. Breakfast was plain. View of Lago Argentina in the distance was nice

Rooms were super comfortable and clean! Awesome view. Very friendly staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the city center 15 minutes or so but really excellent spot. Awesome staff that have very helpful suggestions and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend

We stayed in 3 different places in Patagonia (El Calafate and El Chalten) and this was by far our best experience. The apartment suites are large, clean, modern and well provisioned. The restaurant on site was great food (including a free welcome drink for all guests, i highly recommended the peach/orange juice with rum or without, both great). The staff was very helpful. My only comment of concerns is to say that Tripadvisor did not let me book 1 suite for 5 people even though there was room for 6 people in each of the 2 suites we got. So we actually could have just had 1 suite for all of us, and wasted $ unnecessary due to jow Tripadvisor list thigs. This is a Tripadvisor problem so I highly recommend booking directly with Tierra Tehuelche as thier staff are more knowledgeable and will get you exactly what you want, Tripadvisor booking was generally a bad way to go in Patagonia for all 3 of the places we stayed, as the advertising of what the accommodations actually look like are out of date, erroneous and confusing.

Needs a few upgrades. The bed sheets are poor quality. Our living room area didn’t have a sofa it was more like a single mattress with pillows & made it hard to sit on, there is art work on that wall so you can’t really sit on the sofa, maybe the other rooms it was different. The kitchen tap was very loose, the drawers were not lining up so each time you open you had to adjust. It just felt like there was a lot of ware & tare on this apartment. Maybe the main building is better. The property has bright lighting on at night, too much lighting even with the curtain closed you could see light. The cleaning staff start at 8am, so you could hear them above moving furniture. Maybe they can start later. The view was lovely
