Si bien cada experiencia es única y no generalizo, el hotel no me parece de 5 estrellas. Las camas muy pequeñas, no soy alto y apenas que entraba en la misma. El resto para desayuno me parece poco variado y lentos en atender los pedidos, en tanto que para cenar tuve una demora sentado esperando tomen el pedido de más de 25 min. No me parece que precio calidad este bien posicionado. He estado en otros hoteles en Calafate de mejor calidad

Hotel molto curato, personale giovane e molto disponibile, cena ottima, chef molto preparato e disponibile ad accogliere allergie e intolleranze, per i pochi giorni che abbiamo fatto a calafate, lo valuto tranquillamente come il migliore posto dove alloggiare e soprattutto cenare, creatività, rispetto del prodotto e del territorio, lo chef ha una merce in più, provare per credere!!

Razoável.
Achei que para ser considerado um spa o sistema de reposição nos quartos bem ruim. Não havia reposição de sabonetes de pia, águas no frigobar por exemplo. Demais serviços muito bons.
