El hotel es super lindo, acogedor, cálido El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, el paisaje es maravilloso. Tiene dos piscinas con calefacción que son una delicia y vale la pena dejar el tiempo para disfrutarlas Aunque el hotel es muy lejos del pueblo tienen transporte gratis para ir y volver durante la tarde. El restaurante tiene amplias opciones, incluso viandas para llevar a las excursiones.

Cozy comfortable mountain style lodge in Patagonia. Beautiful views of Lake Argentina from our room. Excellent restaurant with professional friendly service. Reception staff were warm and helpful. Easy transfer to airport or the center of El Calafate. An excellent choice at the gateway to Patagonia!

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel altos de calafate fue muy buena. La vista que disponiamos desde nuestra habitacion, parecian sacadas de un cuento, cada mañana que amaneciamos, no queriamos despertar, apreciando los paisajes desde nuestra ventana. una maravilla. Respecto al costo del hotel, es caro, tanto la estadia como el sector gastronomico

Excelente servicio y atención, todo el personal muy amables y eficientes tanto en front desk como en restaurante. Solo los precios del restaurante si son un poco elevados. Instalaciones muy bien mantenidas, piscina climatizada, sauna, etc. Excelente vista y con traslados al centro solo tardes y noches.

Had to wait at check in. Only one staff member to do all the check-in, could have used one more staff. Room was hot, could have had a fan in rooms. Breakfast was delicious! Dining area very nice.

Buen vista de la bahía Pésimo estado de conservación y mantenimiento edilicio. Lo mismo aplica a la higiene general del hotel. Atención espartana y servicios escasos comparado con similares hoteles en el Calafate. Muy alejado del centro por lo que dependes de transporte por lo menos para visitar el centro. El servicio de wifi no tiene cobertura en todo el hotel.
