Fui a Alto Calafate hace 17 años y lo recomendé con mis primos y ha sido de las mejores experiencias de su vida. excelente hotel, lujo alcanzable y muy muy agradable, la amabilidad en el servicio es excepcional, la pileta (piscina), las habitaciones hermosas. Todo excelentísimo

Voy a intentar ser lo mas objetivo posible, para un hotel que esta considerado 4 estrellas y al Precio que tiene por noche rondando los usd 250 x noche, es una estafa, al dia de hoy es com suerte un 2 estrellas, paso a detallar: El colchon totalmente deformado, te caes para los costados, dudo que los hayan cambiado desde que se inauguro el hotel. En las habitaciones los televisores son 32 pulgadas NO son HD y no son Smart (pregunte y solo hay 2 smart tv en el hotel, uno en la suite y otro en el restaurante) de hecho la tv en las habitaciones es por cable y se ve granulado con lluvia (ni siquiera el cable es hd) vergonzoso si se considera 4 estrellas. Las batas y pantuflas del SPA, deshechas, descocidas y se que que si alguien se olvida las suyas en el hotel, se lavan y se usan en el spa, ya que algunas tenian el logo del LLAO LLAO de Bariloche! La jarra electrica atornillada al escritorio de la habitacion…. Sera que se las roban??? En resumen, ninguno de los precios es acorde al estado, y a las comodidades que ofrecen al dia de hoy, deberian mejorar mucho mucho mucho o reducir los precios acorde!

The hotel is atop a hill facing the massive Argentino lake. The view by day and night is just outstanding. The staff need to be trained in courtesy and customer service especially the dining area staff! They had no smile on their faces. The tongs used for cold cut meats were being used for tomato slices. There was no live counter for eggs etc. All the items were cold and very unpalatable in the cold weather

This hotel is so old! NOTHING has been done to make improvements since it was built. The carpets are stained. The furniture is fabric and hasn't been changed. The bed is lumpy, and the pillows were hard as a rock. The food in the restaurant is not good. Breakfast is ridiculous with canned fruit cocktail and peaches, which I haven't seen since a child. It is also very expensive. Some of the staff is pleasant, some quite disagreeable. It is a hefty price to get to the downtown. They have a shuttle, but it doesn't run until 3:30pm! There aren't many options if staying here. I'd still check for something downtown to save a lot of time and expense.

Tired bedrooms, single small beds. Water £4 per small bottle. Few complimentary bathroom items. Tea bags provided on the first day but after you are charged. No milk provided, unless you pay . Disappointing. This hotel says shuttle service but this does not run until mid afternoon. The hotel can basically charge what it wishes because you are out of town. We had to wait until 30m to check in but had to Che k out at 10.30.

Muy buen hotel. Hermosa vista panoramica del calafate. Muy buen servicio..gente muy amable y predispuesta siempre con una sonrisa. Su decoracion exquisita. Las habitaciones muy confortables!! El desayuno espectacular.muy variado y rico.
